Mentoring – Working with Your Soul

The purpose of Claytons’ mentoring programmes is to help you live consistently as your most congruent self in complete harmony with your soul.

However, the journey to congruency is not easy.

It requires you to navigate and learn from your past, rather than living there as an unconscious victim.

– Letting go of all expectations
– Accepting who you are ‘warts and all’

This takes time!

Award Winning Author – Healing Your Soul

Every day, people experience negativity within themselves or from others whether it be feelings, emotions, actions, behaviour or self-talk.

Negativity can cause you to sabotage success, relationships, health, wellbeing and finances ultimately preventing you from experiencing the best of who you are, fully experiencing your life and creating your dreams.

Why does this happen?  The main reason is that people have become accustomed over time to try and ‘think positive’ but positive thinking does not work, or to ignore it and stuff it down, but it still keeps coming back – often with a vengeance!  This is because spiritually negativity, is not negativity.  It has a specific purpose.  Your negative are echoes and whispers from your past (and past lives) of traumas experienced Soul that need to be healed.

Speaker – Every Soul Matters, Every Time!

People are unnecessarily suffering and finding it harder to cope with life.

– 1 in 6 people report experiencing anxiety and depression in any given week.
– 1 in 5 people have suicidal thoughts.
– 1 in 14 people self-harm.
– 1 in 4 people experience some form of mental health problem every year.

70-75% of people receive no treatment at all.

More alarming is that these statistics[1][2] are understated because they exclude people in hospitals, prisons, sheltered housing and the people that don’t have a home, considered homeless.

As someone who has experienced depression, anxiety and mental health problems Clayton knows all of the above can and should be avoided.  Clayton has spent the last 20 years understanding why he created the mental health problems in his life & how to resolve them.

In his experience the solution begins by creating a harmonious relationship and congruency between the mind and the body, and then the body and the soul.  Research into mental health interventions[3] focus on the relationship between the mind and the body but forget the Soul. Your mind, body and soul have a unique interrelated connection, one cannot thrive without being in harmony with the other.

When you are incongruent with who you are, you feel like something is missing. Your Soul is calling to show you the way, but often you are not listening.

Research[4] shows that the more congruent you become the more you are able to enjoy life’s highs and manage life’s lows; develop caring and loving relationships and make conscious choices and decisions.  Furthermore, your life goals arise from your own intrinsic values rather than through feelings of being controlled by others, pleasing people or internal incongruent compulsions[5].

Without mental health there can be no health at all because then the ego leads the way.  Clayton is advocate for mental health and personal wellbeing.  He will help your audiences learn new and innovative ways to live a more congruent and conscious life.

The truth is when you are unkind to you, you hurt you and there is no room to love you.
