Messages from the Soul

 

Mental health is not just about your mind.  Physical health is not just about your body.  Spiritual health is not just about your soul.  There is an interwoven relationship between the thoughts in your mind, the chemistry in your body, and the energy of your soul.  To become congruent and thrive, all three need to come into alignment.

This can and should be done gradually, one day at a time, one week at a time, or even one month at a time.  There is no rush.  Consistency is key, and if one day you wobble or make a mistake, don’t make it bad or wrong, be kind to yourself, learn from the moment and restart as soon as you can.

The day after you start, you will begin to improve your mental health, you will begin to improve your physical health, and you will begin to improve your spiritual health.
